We all know baalke wont do anything positive for this team. According to this we have 116 million in cap space for next season lol.

So help me out what would you do with all that money?

Yes I know you build through the draft but there are plenty of young players we can bring in. I bring this up because that's a lot of money! And their are plenty of players who should not be resigned

We cant play that way, if we do Jed has to pay big money to nflpa. So might as well pay for players than pay for nothing, its not a writeoff

You acquire a QB like Jimmy G from the Patriots. That instills confidence to free agents that you have a new QB at the helm with some solid surrounding pieces (Hyde, Smith) and a solid offensive line.

Then, you get their interest, and you overpay for 1-2 true playmakers (Alshon, Jones) and sign a bunch of low/mid price FAs to replace your outgoing players that are aging (Brooks, Bethea, Wilhoite).

Then...draft some legit players. And this team could be 8-8 next year if not better.

But I don't know if we can do all of that with Kelly as HC and who knows at DC.

A good GM would not allow a coach like Harbaugh to walk out the door. Was this just a general question?
