I was surprised how big the wrap was, it was 1.5 times the length of the same wrap I get in Sydney's KFC, and for a small meal with chips and drink for 39, it is not bad. They have internet too so is good for tourists. Only thing was the chips tasted a but stale.

Oh. God. This is hand's down, the worst restaurant, fastfood or otherwise, that I've eaten at (and I've been to some pretty sketchy places in rural USA).Service is poor, there were 4-5 employees (1 cook, 2 on the register, 1 collecting and handing out food, and 1 janitor, though you wouldn't know it) who clearly don't give a damn. And I don't blame them, because one of the employees on the register, who seemed to also be the manager, did not give a damn either. You walk in and from the bus loop and are assaulted on your left and right by dirty and very occasionally sticky floors, filthy tables still laden with food bits and wrappers from previous guests, and then line up. If you're unlucky, you'll be cut off by other desperately hungry guests lining up from the restaurant's mall entrance, and since there's often only one register open, and the staff don't care, you'll have to clear up with the other guests who got there first. The LCD display will tell you your order is being made, and which one is being served up... but it never updates. Your order, along with twelve others that have already been handed out to the guests who've ordered them, will be there for eternity until someone pushes a button, at some point. Why have it if you aren't going to use it? This leads to confusion, as other reviewers have mentioned. So, you've ordered (they have English-speaking staff, which I will praise, hence the two stars I gave for service) and found a halfway decent table, magicked some chairs (because there are too few of those for some reason) out of thin air, and left one of your party to stand near the counter so your food doesn't get chucked back with the rest of the chicken when it doesn't get picked up (yeah, I witnessed that too, during my short visit). Eventually your food will come. And you better inspect it thoroughly. My partner has an iron stomach and had no problems. I ordered a veggie wrap, despite the fact that I usually refuse to eat anywhere if they can't manage to take care of basic hygiene. I unwrapped it and found a weird blue-teal mark melted into it. It may have been plastic, maybe it was a lost acrylic nail, I don't know. So I ripped open the wrap. Can't trust the outside, can't trust the inside. My veggie wrap was more sauce than anything else (probably around 40g of it was this weird sour white sauce - probably expired? I don't know). One of the three tomato slices had a weird bite-shape taken out of it. What a mess.Avoid this place. Go to literally any other restaurant, fast food, diner, Döner joint, pop-up stand, literally anything is better than this joke of an establishment.

This place is good to hang out and have a quick bite, a lil small i feel but good

Worst service of the year award goes to this KFC. The guy with the unwashed clothes at the front was not having food safety as a priority to say the least. This man needs a washing machine for he’s clothes, and for gods sake wash his hands more often. More training with customer service. The way he spilled my soda, then started to wash the cup with a napkin. That didn’t work so well so let’s throw out half the cup, and give out the nasty sticky one. He was highly rude, and trust me I’m not a Karen.

Ordered four meals. Only two of them was right. Complained to manager, but he did not care nor did he change anything.Really bad bad costomer service. Last time we go there.
